Results
The 17th Annual Lake Norman Turkey Trot is back and in this years edition features a 5K and 10K.
Half Marathon (13.1 miles) starts at 7:45am
10K (6.2 miles) starts at 7:50 am
5K (3.1 miles) starts at 7:55 am
The race starts and finishes at Life Fellowship Church located at 20010 Chartown Dr, Cornelius, NC 28031

Human Health Project. This organization issues grants to local food shelters. We ask all attendees to bring a non-perishable food item.
5K Course - Runners hit Aid Station 1 twice, once at approximately 1.4 miles and then again at 2.8 miles. It will be serving water and gatorade.
10K Course - Runners hit Aid Station 1 at approximately 1.4 miles, Aid Station 2 at 3.1 miles and Aid Station 1 again at 5.0 miles. It will be serving water and gatorade.
Earn back your entry fee by sharing the race. It's super simple: after you register for the race you will be given a code. Simply share that code (in whichever way it makes sense) and you'll earn portions of your entry free. Read more right here.
No Race can be held without caring and knowledgeable volunteers who are willing to serve on race day. As such we have a program where if you volunteer you can race for free! To sign up to be a volunteer click on this link.
- All courses are on asphalt road - no off road.
- All athletes receive a participation medal.
- Strollers start in the back of the 5K.
- Toddlers under 4 can run / walk with parents for free.
- No pets, firearms or alcohol permitted.
